These past few weeks have brought massive swells through the coasts of NYC. Far Rockaway was going off and people were pitted, ever-so pitted. My friend Jack, who recently found love in surfing sent me this slideshow that's up on Surfline. The first shot is so NYC (above). Pretty point break off the jetty with two locals checking out the line-up.

Photo 7 even has Benny Bourgeois, a Wilmington / Wrightsville Beach (my hometown) native shredding a pretty OBX / North Cak-eque barrel. So rad. Looks like it was shot off Mase during a hurricane swell.
