Not only is this apartment an exceptional use of space but it's owned by a cyclist. Steve Sauer's tiny apartment in Seattle uses ever square inch of space in an innovative way. In fact, the only thing that I feel is lacking creativity is the way in which he displays his bikes. Surely you can think of something better than that!
